    An inquiry comes through the form on your website. It lands in Clientry as a lead with their details already in it. Not in your inbox.

    You send a quote. The lines come from your own price list, and it goes out on your letterhead, not ours.

    They approve it in their client portal and your phone lets you know. It's the same booking the quote came from, so the date, venue and fee are already on the invoice. Nobody retypes anything.

    You offer the date and the fee to a sax player. They say yes or no to each in their own portal, and you can see who's said yes without chasing anyone. Your AV tech sees the job in theirs.

    The deposit comes in by bank transfer. You match it against your statement. The journal entry was already written when the invoice went out.

    The timings go out. The players get a job sheet with their set times, the crew see load-in and the gear list in their portal, and the venue gets the tech spec for their room. One set of timings, the right view for each of them.

Everyone gets their own portal

Four portals, each behind its own private link. People stop ringing you for the job sheet, because they already have it.

Your clients

Their quote, their invoices, the details of their event, and a place to add song requests.

The players you book

Offers to accept or decline, job sheets, and a place to send you their repertoire and riders. Suppliers too.

Crew

For the AV techs you bring in: the job, the times and the gear list, and nothing they don't need.

The venue

The tech spec for their room on the night: load-in, power, stage, the gear and the inputs. Their AV person has it before they ask.

It does the books

Every invoice and payout posts to a double-entry ledger as it happens. There's a BAS worksheet and bank reconciliation. GST can be inclusive or exclusive, and each document is stamped with which. Super for the players you pay is worked out per person.

What it doesn't do

Better you hear it now than after you've moved everything across.

No bank feeds. You reconcile against your statement.

No link to the ATO. You lodge the BAS yourself, from numbers that are already there.

No card payments, for now. Clients pay by bank transfer.

No newsletters. It sends quotes, invoices, offers and reminders. That's all.

No AI.

Australia only. GST and BAS are built in. Other tax systems aren't.
